    Giving instructions

    During the course of your study and probably in your future as well, you will be asked to describe an experiment. In this unit, we will focus on describing simple experiments. You will learn the language structures that should be used for the description. In the second part of this unit, you will focus on giving instructions, giving warnings and explaining why you give them.

    After this unit you should be able to:

    • describe an experiment,
    • state the recent results of an experiment,
    • report on the procedure and results of experiments,
    • give instructions and why they are important,
    • give warning.
