    This material is intended for incoming Erasmus+ students attending the Field course in landscape ecology. 
    This material should provide you an introduction and basic background to the specifics of regions with distinctive landscapes that we are going to visit during the excursion week in the late spring.

    This material is divided into chapters, each one focusing in one region and the most prominent phenomena forming its landscape.
    After finishing this course, you will be ready to attend the excursion with similar background knowledge as other attending students from Czech Republic.
