THE TARGET GROUPS

Once the problem has been identified, we need to determine who is affected by it and who will benefit from the project

These groups should be identified as precisely as possible and the project can have different types of target groups. 

  • Primary target groups are the people who are directly involved in or benefit from the project
  • Secondary target groups are the people or organisations that may benefit indirectly from the project's results.
