What does the project aim to achieve?

THE objectives

Objectives describe the change that the project intends to achieve. They should be more that a description of activities

An objective should be clear, realistic and measurable. The SMART method can help to formulate them (see section 4)

Usually, a project has :

  • an overall objective describing the broader change the project seeks to reach
  • severall specific objectives, describing the concrete changes the project intends to achieve.
