During your practicum, you will write your lesson plans and lesson plan reflections. You will also reflect on collaboration with your peers and class observations. After your practicum, you will write a brief summary of your experience and outline your strengths and weaknesses as a language teacher. To receive credit for your teaching practice, you will submit a portfolio consisting of the following materials

  • 6 or 10 lesson plans (These are for your own use. I will not be reading them in detail. Do not rewrite/retype these. You can just take pictures of handwritten plans.)
  • Lesson plan reflections – these can be handwritten.
  • Observation reflections (notes on lessons you have observed)
  • Cooperation overview and reflections (see the additional document)
  • Summary of your experience (reflecting on your reflections of the individual lessons)
