Finding Sources
There are many types of reference materials to be used in research; however, only some of these materials are appropriate for academic research papers. The materials to look for when conducting research are books, academic periodicals and publications, research projects, and materials from academic institutions (e.g. universities).
Although it might seem easy to identify useful sources related to your research topic, in reality, the process is very daunting and often can take longer than the actual writing process. Here are some guidelines and tips to help you with the process.

APA
APA (American Psychological Association) is a citation style used in a range of disciplines. We follow the rules and conventions of the style in works in methodology, linguistics, and cultural studies. -
Project & Thesis Organization
The structure of your project or thesis depends on the academic area and focus of your research. If you intend to do primary research (collect data), then the structure of your project will be very straightforward and follow a very set structure. On the other hand, if you do primarily secondary research (literature review), then the organization of chapters may vary. Below you can find possible ways of organizing your project/thesis. -
