A standardized exam is used in counseling (Matějček, Žlab)
The so-called Edinburgh exam is used abroad.
Principles:
- Not to tell the child the purpose of the examination, but to say, for example, "I would like to know how handy you are."
- Not to determine which hand the child should use, to create the same opportunity for both hands, only on the second attempt to require performance with the other hand.
- Use secondary diagnostic data
- Respect general diagnostic and ethical principles
