1) Have you had any experience with contracts or agreements? If so, was it positive or negative?
2) If you had to prepare a written contract, would you rely on yourself or would you ask a lawyer to prepare it for you?
Agreements containing terms and conditions are often an integral part of some type of software. When installing new software onto your computer, do you always read these terms? Is it a good idea to read them or is it unnecessary?
