Course annotation

The aim of this course is to make students aware of social aspects of personality forming and his/her behavior in social situations. 

The course is divided into eight thematic units and deals with issues definition of social psychology, the process of personality socialization, the formation of attitudes and values, processes in social groups and interpersonal interaction.

Target group of the course

The course is primarily intended for foreign students of bachelor's and master's degree programs.

About autor

The course was created by Mgr. Vladimira Lovasova, Ph.D.

The author works at the Department of Psychology, FPE UWB in Pilsen, where she teaches psychopathology, social psychology, basics of psychodiagnostics and family psychology. She is the author or co-author of 3 monographs and a number of professional articles. She provides consulting services to teachers, pupils and students.
