Course objectives and the conditions for successful course completion

Course objectives

After finishing the course, participants should be able:

• to explain and present (in examples) the basic concepts and  the whole context of inclusive education (school integration and inclusion, pupils with special educational needs, support in education etc.)
• to explain the basic principles of inclusive education and the reasons for practical implementation of this approach
• to study and critically reflect a selected topic from the field of inclusion in education on the basis of the study of relevant literature
• to describe main benefits and risks of inclusive education implementation in practice
  
• to select and use appropriate tools and methods for implementing inclusive education in practice

To successfully complete the course

 You have to:

• submit more than 50% of tasks requested in each course topic (so that you reach at least 50% points in total)
• successfully finish the final test (achieving 50% at least)
• submit your seminar work (you will find further detail in this course).
