This course was created as a part of ESF project of University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2020. 


Course annotation

In this course, students will develop their basic skills in the field of communication with people with various kinds of disabilities and disadvantages useful for their work with persons with special needs in so-called helping professions.


Target group 

Students in pregradual teacher training programs, as well as student in other helping professions study programs (psychology, special education, social work, medical professions, etc.).


Time schedule

The course is structured for one semestr (3 months).


Prerequisites of the participants

The participants should be oriented in elementary outline of knowledge in special education field.
